You pay the monthly subscription by credit card. You can pay for the annual pass by credit card or TWINT. Payments are processed by Stripe; Vorbau never sees or stores card details.
At any time, effective at the end of the current period, under Account, Payments and receipts. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
No. The annual pass is valid for 12 months and then ends on its own, without you having to cancel. You can renew it yourself at any time.
With a monthly subscription, you can change your plan under Account, Payments and receipts. While an annual pass is running, you can change plans once it expires; to switch immediately, email info@vorbau.ch.
No. Prices are final prices in CHF; the operator is not registered for VAT.
